What did you send for this Match, Dean´s Letter or MSPE?
I know many International Medical Schools only give Dean´s Letters at the most, and many IMG's can not get a MSPE from their schools. My school, for example, provided me a Dean´s Letter, but when I asked them to make a MSPE, they told me that they do not give that kind of document and would only make it if a specific institution requests it directly.

I could give only a Dean's Letter
Dear bbb how much does it make in getting an IV or residency b/w giving a deans letter or mspe.

i think for most IMGs it doesnt matter much. Unless it says that you have got few gold medals.

so dev does it help an IMG in anyway if he has a few gold medals and distinctions while in the college???
I do have but they are in surgery, anatomy,...and i want to apply for IM.....so r they going to help me in anyway or they r just better than nothing...?
