I'd say start doing Q bank along with 2nd read, that way you reinforce it and gain knowledge from Qs itself + FA after each topic ! Start do Qs earlier+ reading same time the topic discussed in Qs, even the whole chapter if you feel you missed out alot . GL and do worry about having the concepts at your finger tips, dont worry about the test itself

Doing KLN again will consume the rest of the time you have. So just do the charts and graphs of the KLN. Stick to FA and try to do mcqs from UW. Last two weeks do NBME form 4, judge yourself if you score good go ahead with the exam.

KLN = Kaplan Lecture Notes Well, I am not aware of it. I think NBME may be available online but you have to search for it extensively. UW for sure is not available and you have to buy

Q bank is good in the sense that its by Kaplan and since you are reading KLN it makes sense to do mcqs from there but UW is also highly recommended. I would suggest you to do UW as learnig tool since you dont have much time and do simulated exam from Kaplan, I think there isn't much time to do both for you.
