You can keep it for the last. When you finish revising from KLN about 2-3 times (ideally 2) you can use it and FA to memorize important stuff. Its a good book if you compare to FA

DEFINITELY I AGREE WITH YOU BUT THE PROBLEM IS HOW TO RETAIN I AM REALLY FACING THIS PROBLEM AND AT THIS TIME I AM DOING FIRST AID 2006+KAPLAN MEDESSENTIALS +QBANK AND I WILL STICK ON IT BECAUSE I HAVE ALREADY DONE KLN so what is your opinion thanks and takecare bye

Well there is no formula as such of retaining it comes from constant recall. If you are studying in group that would be best then you can study with asking each other questions or if you are studying alone best would be to read the book over and over and over. But do not compromise on the mcqs. Make a time table and stick to it.
