The people at ECFMG do seem to be huge fans of Shakespear.. In the online application they asked my last name ( say Z) and rest of the name separately (say XY). To my horror my name on form 186 appeared as XYZ ie first name middle name surname.....but on all my certificates its given sa ZXY ie surname first name middle name.........
Even in form 187, 344, 345 they have asked the order to be surname first name middle name,
i am so confused AS WELL AS PISSED OFF since IT'S NONE OF MY FAULT .......
because the name has to be EXACTLY same as in the ECFMG records..... Plz Help
There may not be a problem at all but i just want to be doubly sure......

Nandrolone, ECFMG is strict on this.
My last name is Xeee, first name is Zxxx.
On my medical certificates, it was printed X.Zxxx. They did not accept that. They want the full Xeee to appear on my previous records. They suggested an alternative. Get a certificate from your dean saying that X.Zxxx is the same person as Xeee Zxxx.
You have to get it. There is no other alternative. Do it once, they will be satisfied.

Thanks pasteur for your prompt reply. I am going to call the people at ecfmg at once. Hope that would solve the problem since i haven't yet sent the manual form
