Alright Guys i have found something relevant in to the Changes in Donor after a LIVE KIDNEY Donation
1. Dec. GFR & Dec. Creatinie Clearance ( 25% less than the normal)
2. Dec B.P ( Remains the Same as before the Donation)
3. Slight Proteinuria ( NO PATHOLOGICAL Proteinuria)
4. There will be an Inc in PTH n Dec. Tubaular Reabsorption Of Phosphate

Now if Anyone can add or modify PLZ do SO !!!!!!!!!

Ok, I'm frowning my forehead here, what does it mean

'' Dec B.P ( Remains the Same as before the Donation) '' ?

What B.P. stands for ?

the link does not work anymore sad.

Removing a kidney should increase the overall resistance of the systemic circuit. As P=QR, it should increase the BP (and pulse pressure) if blood flow remains constant. Please explain this ambiguity.
