I will admit that I am an average Joe. Are there any average joes that did scored over 240/99 on Step I. I have 4 months to prepare. Is it possible to achieve if I work hard enough?

I truly beleive many of the ones who fair very well, are average students/people. Dr. Goljen states it often in his review that it is very possible for average individuals to do very well on this test if you apply yourself. Just stay encouraged is my recommendation.
