why is eye examination to be done in knee pain case?
also, in pre-employment case/case where a form is reqd to be filled, should we fill the form during examination or come outside and utilise 10min for PN?
in drug-refill case, do we prescribe the drug rightaway, or wait for lab results to come?
exam in 5 days.... please reply. thanks.

hi,
1)eye exam in knee pain case---Reiter's syndrome(conjunctivitis+urethritis+arthritis)
2)pre employment case---fill the given form after pt encounter i.e;in the 10 min.alloted
time for writing pt.notes.(u need not write any other pt. notes...according to UW)
3)in drug refill or in any case we should not prescribe any drugs.u should just counsel and write the required examinations .

1. The term Reiter Synd is not used anymore, because the definition, as you mentioned, is limited and, also by ethiical reasons. Instead, "reactive arthritis"
2. You write or not PN in the prescription request case?
