With Oligohydramnios we treat the cause if possible...or if there is ROM, patient may benefit from Amnio-infusion.. Not sure if it requires "immediate" delivery?? And what is leaking liquor??!!!!

does leaking liquor mean Rupture of membrames?....if yes then shouldn't it be that otherwise there would be increased chances of chorioamnionitis?....& if it means alcohol then I would go for oligohydramnios as it can cause cord compression....so what's the correct ans sweety?...but all ina ll I thing cord compression is much serious condition & should be addressed first rather than an infection.
