Finally... :? big dateīs coming, and once again, I just canīt get those hematologic malignancies into my head. Itīs quite hard to know how much to dig in... Should I stick to the overly basic "description" (if you may call it that) published in FIRST AID? or should I go for a detailed analysis of defining, classifying, diagnosing and treating white cell malignancies that Harrisonīs so fondly talk about?? :?
This looks like the classic dilema: "time wisely invested in getting wiser, better doc" vs. "time stupidly wasted trying to memorize thing that youīll forget anyway the minute you walk away from prometric". :wink:
Iīm sure thereīs got to be a line to be drawn somewhere in between. But where?? any thoughts?? :idea: :?:
