After stepping on a rusty nail,a 5-year old comes to the emergency room.history reveals that he had his DPTP vaccination at 2,4,6 months and 18 months of age and a booster DTpolio vaccination one year ago.which of the following would you recommend?
1) recombinant human anti-tetnus toxin
2) metronidazole
3) vaccination with tetnus and diptheria toxoids
4) intramuscular immunoglobulin
5) no further immunization are required

i go with #5 since he was just vaccinated and although the nail is rusty its less then 5 years!
(no further immunization)
