After stepping on a rusty nail,a 5-year old comes to the emergency room.history reveals that he had his DPTP vaccination at 2,4,6 months and 18 months of age and a booster DTpolio vaccination one year ago.which of the following would you recommend? 1) recombinant human anti-tetnus toxin 2) metronidazole 3) vaccination with tetnus and diptheria toxoids 4) intramuscular immunoglobulin 5) no further immunization are required
