Anyone know if a consistent 77 percentile in USMLEWorld is any good?

Think I can get my dream score of 220?

Would greatly appreciate anyone's experience with USMLEWorld.

Why not do NBME? It has a proven score correlation.

^ A 220 will get me into a 'good' general surgery program in which I will apply for a fellowship after residency...

A 220 is considered a good score. Certainly not competetive for Derm, Ortho, or radiology but will definitely get you into a good program. Add to that research, and good letters of reccomendation, you then will be competetive for a top spot.

To answer the question...77% on UW is an EXCELLENT score, and your real score will probably be higher than 220. Congratulations on your efforts, good job!
