Thank you all. dstar I took my test on Jan 31st. Got score report on The Best week end of my life i.e Feb 24. I studied for 10 months in all but seriously I would say 6-7 months average 4 hours daily. I work full time. Married having a three years old cutie pie son who likes to play with dada all the time. I soley read First AID. I really mean it. I would say one can easily touch 90 + if some one could assimilate FA and only FA. It is rightly called "The BIBLE of USMLE STEP 1". It covered most of the MCQ's I came across. I could have gotton 90+ had I not changed my answers and commit stupid mistakes. It was mainly bcoz I almost fininish all the blocks with 10 minutes remaining. Never ever change your answers until and unless you are 110% sure about it. Besides FA, I only did USMLEWORLD as far as MCQ's are concerned. To me I would rate the combination of FA and USMLEWORLD as "The LETHAL". This is a very brief experience. I hope this helps. I would be more than happy to answer any other question if some one has. I would like to thanks all of you once again.

Hai, Congradualations, Are you in USA. I am a graduate of 1986, just started studying. At present doing Kaplan live lectures. Its very difficult to pick up threads after such a long gap. I have done my MS from India in OBGYN ,and was doing private practice since than. Came to USA on a dependent visa. My husband is a software engineer on H1B visa.Is their anybody s old as me?

thanks again. Yeah, anjali I am currently in US. Yeah, I agree it is difficult to get started after such a long time. I have also passed FCPS ( fellowship exam) in pakistan in 1999. So I did not have much problem grasping things. I wish every one the best of luck.

Sany by lethal i meant the combination for knocking down STEP1. you must have heard of "CRUSH the board". you understand the meaning of "CRUSH" right? You rightly said UW is"RICH in concepts". I agreed. Thanks epica, I scored 55% on UW.

Yeah, UW is harder than the REAL exam at least this is what I felt. But it prepares you well.
