My wife is a Nurse and she got a green card. My green card appilication is on pending. I have an EAD card. I wnat to know if I can apply for residence with th EAD.

is there difference if I have a green card?

As long as you can work on an EAD, you should be okay.

EAD is all what you need. It is a work permit so as long as your EAD is valid you are all set! Congrats!
