Thanks for the link. Now I'm really scare & confuse, cause I'm just like most well trained med students or Drs, who are lucky to get all the hands on bunch of clinical experinces on real pts, since in med school starting yrs for at least 6 to 7 yr. med student yrs + 1 intensive clinical rotation then a lot of clinical out pt & hospital experinces. So I know most of the cases when starting presenting c/o or symptoms or seeing signs or images. This is how we've been trained, to know the case right away, short case sh done all hx, px, DDx, plan etc., present in 10 to 15 min, & long case in 45 min or 30 min. Should I starting to train my self , not saying a word directly, try not to ask what I know for as next Q ,it is cheating for us, but in sp eyes, it is not cheating, so I will not fail. So sould I slow down in term of asking Q & doing exm'tion. God please help us, please has mercy.

Well, that post looks a bit artificial to me... Those SP guys are actors (based on what we know about them), and they cannot pretend to know their case better than anybody else⦠Yes, you have to ask standard Qs, do a focused PE, but this is not their business to bring the score down by their altered perception⦠Cheer up, colleagues, nobody can stop us!!!
