Hi! I'm done with test & it feels really good to have it off your back. (jus like vikram aur bethaal ...but pray that it doesnt come back like the bethal to haunt u again!!..hell no! I can never take this test again!). Just read guptasutosh's post & I agree with him that its not all that bad after all. The single most important (I have begun to analyse like this after my prep 4 ck!) factor is time management. There are long questions & short questions but they are not evenly distributed. In one block I got mostly short ones & finished in 50 mins & in other very longish & jus guessed the answers for last few qs for lack of time. The test is more of a test of one's mental stamina than one's analytical skills.The true victor is the guy who can last all the 8 blocks without fizzing out like soda in the 5th or 6th block itself. yoga/ meditation could help. I was on "autopilot" (like how bikerdoc mentioned!!) on the last few blocks. Lastly get a good night's sleep (ofcourse no alcohol& benzos!! or u may not wake up for the test & u end up becoming one of the vignettes for the next test!!) cos u need to save ur adrenaline for those last few blocks. Topics tested heavily was screening( yes all those lipid ldl things which we couldnt agree on), ob gyn- prenatal care, substance abuse, doc =pt relationship, pulmonology, infectious Ds. I will keep adding more as I remember. Thanks guys & wish u all the very best. REMEMBER PRAYER HELPS! THIS IS THE 'GOLD STANDARD' OR "MOST APPROPRIATE STEP" WHATEVER. Now its a painful 3 weeks for the result!
