Each time when I have a question of calculating Glasgow Coma Scale, my brain just goes totally blank. Normally I just guess one answer, then do next question. Can anybody tell me how you calculate this GCS?

VERBAL RESPONSE

*oriented and converses-5
*desoriented and converses-4

*incomprehensible sounds-2

MOTOR RESPONSE

*normal flexion-withdrawl-4
*abnormal flexion (decortication)-3
*abnormal extension (decerebration)-2
*none-1
