57yr old man with his wife comes to physician with jaundice.ct shows large lesion in head of pancreas.when the results r initially discussed ,pt says he does not want to hear report,his wife agrees to abide by his wishes.which is appropriate course of action A withold results as pts wishes B contact pts children to discuss results C consult with hospital ethics committee D insist on telling the pt the reults A? plz explain.thanks
