hi friends
I am IMG graduated 3 years ago and have clinical exprience in obs and gyn in maternity teaching hospital in my country.have i got to take a LOR from this hospital or it dosnt work at matching ??and if i have to ,plzzzzz how to write this letter in details plzzzz????

it could help, so yes do get as many letters as you can.
of course letters written by American MDs are of much more value and reliability, but if you don't have any, at least get some from home country describing your activity and experience gained there...
for inspiration, you could try usmleweb.com but do not just 'copy and paste', you might get into trouble (others did)
