hi faisalabady, are IMG's on B1/B2 visa allowed to do externship (take history and do PE) on patients in a medical clinic? if so, do we record this as externship when we fill out our ERAS application forms? thanks

Hello, could anyone plz help me ? i am a bit confused about USCE. if one is trying from india while working there it may not be possible for him/her to go & have USCE as an observer or extern(though it is very diff to get one). as it req 2-3 months leave which may lead to loss of current job & beside it is very expensive. so is there any possiblity to get a residency with a good score in USMLE but without USCE & research?
