Unfortunately Goljan step 2 is not that BIG TIME as it was for STEP 1 and there is no text for it as far as I know , anyway if you have time , listen to it so you can find out yourself
Focus on Kaplan notes , DVDs , Kaplan MCQs ( Fisher 's good ) , UW and you will do just fine

I went through some of them, in my opinion Dr. Golgian was discussing every thing from a pathology/pathophysiology point of view which not what step 2 Ck is all about..The exam is basically about diffrential diagnosis/diagnosis/management..If you have a good background from step 1, you wont need them, however, if you have time just listen may be while driving or running
