can somebody plz tell me how to registar for step 2 cs, i went through the website, i didnt help me so much , is it the same way like step 1.
i really appreciate plz help.

I applied through ECFMG (IWA)... same application process as step1 and 2... just a bigger price... lol...
the application will guide you through scheduling and dates available... nothing to figure out...
as a matter of fact if step1 was your first exam you had to send ecfmg a couple of forms and verify your identity... now that you have done all that you don't have to repeat it - just apply online and pay... confirmation should arrive within a day or two... and your permit will be sent via email...
