Digoxin, I finished Kap and never see info you gave. There's something that preferred for beta blocker but not in the above case. Please post the whole question.

Be sure it's digoxin. CHF+AF.....digoxin is the best choice.

For kaplan ....it beta blocker for usmle world ....digoxin for the usmle step 2ck ........................really i donot know !!!!!!!!
