B BLOCKER FOR AF IN CHF BETTER THAN DIGOXIN THAT WHAT DR CONRAD SAID !!!!

hi doctors i face this Q , in summary CHF +AF +LOW EF

what is the best drug to give

beta blockers is the answer in q bank ( explanation is to give bb 4 mortality benifit and then + or _ dogoxin later

digoxin is the answer in usmle world

Digoxin,

I finished Kap and never see info you gave. There's something that preferred for beta blocker but not in the above case.

Please post the whole question.

Be sure it's digoxin.

CHF+AF.....digoxin is the best choice.
