Hi guys, I registered for mid July CS exam, is that early enough for 2008 match? Or must I have the score before I apply? Thank you!

It is a good time. Better to have scores before you apply, even better with step 3 result.

Dr. Khoolio.....from your past posts you need to really read up on what the match is. I mean really open some website and read something about what scramble and a match is. There are two things......ERAS and MATCH (NRMP). To apply to programs via ERAS you need not have anything completed...just registered (Of course if you havent given all the exams the number of IVs will exponentially reduce). Again with NRMP that is after interviews you need to rank the hospitals you like submit the list. Now before the Feb 21st of the match year you need to be ECFMG certified (Passed Steps 1,2 CS)......nothing to do with step 3. Or else you will be removed involuntarily from the match. Hope this helps .....
