Hey, I just got a copy of this file with the best buzz word, most common cause, and everything else you could imagine for Step 1. It even includes pharm. Imagine First Aid's Rapid Review but 47 pages long. I would post it but like I said it is 47 pages long. If you are interested email me at goblue8439@yahoo.com. I will attach it in a reply.

well, for what it's worth, on the exam you will not see any "buzwords" or anything that would directly give away the obviouse answer do not waist time on memorizing, instead - understand big picture and connect points. you do need to know sertain facts, but knowing "buzwords" will not help you much

I couldn't disagree with you anymore. Of course you cannot study Buzz words and be fine for the test. But there are definitely questions where they give you one hint (buzz word) and you should know it just from that. Granted all questions don't have these but the ones that do not only do you get it right but you save a lot of time because you don't have to bother eliminating the other answer choices. As far as this Buzz Word list, it really is not just buzz words, there are disease summaries, drug side effects, immunology, micro, most common things, and many more.
