hello,
today's goal:...do endocrinology(1 of my weak subjects)....& try to do small topics as I wasn't able to finish'em last night....& then do uw 2 blocks.....huh big target today haan...but I CAN DO IT!!!
kitty, yes, it's true that secrets is the question form of crush....I've a question...is it ok not to do FA if we are doing crush/secrets or does FA have extra info that we need to know?

Thanx for the information.I have gone thru Crush and FA ...Did crush long time ago and just finished FA. I think FA does has extra information and in more systematic way..... Crush skips lots of topics which are there in FA.

btw when is your exam?

was a bit slow today & did uw 2 blocks scoring 58% & then 71%...yup...pretty big fluctuations....but i'm gonna keep trying till the end & try to score in 80%'s b4 the exam...AMEN....am gonna finish rheumatology now...such dry subject!!!...but i can do it!
Thanks kitty for the info...will keep that in mind.My exam's on april 25th..that is if i don't delay it again....at 1st it was in the end of march but had to delay it as i felt like i wasn't prepared at that time.....when's ur exam?
MAY GOD GIVE US THE STRENGTH TO GET THRU IT & HAVE GREAT SCORES TOO ONLY THEN WILL OUR HARD WORK & EFFORTS PAY OFF!!

done with hem & did 1 block of uw & scored 69%...huh why can't i score in 80%'s too in uw...well I guess i gotta keep tryin!!!!...will do hem from secrest & FA & then read uw explanations hem b4 going to sleep hopefully!!!!
God plz give strenght to keep goin on...Amen!!

Just read ashi, robin's exam experiences....boy,it's giving me nerves already!!!!...it feels like whatever i do from any source isn't enough for this exam!!!!...phew...GOD PLZ HELP ME...I really really need your help right now than ever before as I have studied so hard & now I'm losing focus!!!...but I know with your help & support I can ace this exam..AMEN...yeahhh that's it...be positive.....try to rememeber the good things!!
Today's goal...finish CNS & then start reading uw IM explanations.

i'm finally done with my 3rd read...took a break yesterday...will read uw explanations today & then tomorrow is......NBME day!!!!!...phew...I hope i do great on NBME so that will give me more motivation for the real exam that I can do it!!!!!

GOODLUCK FOR THE NBME Dear Dr. LUCK. I just went through your diary and felt very motivated. You stick to ur plan no matter what  I have 6weeks from now so now i understand how fast i need to be and how slow actually I was. maybe i will start my diary too to keep myself motivated and committed. its a nice way. ...Is this your first attempt of UW?
and did you read FA and Crush and secrets 3 of them.
From where can I know which topics are good in which of the 3 review books so taht i dont waste time reading all 3 for all subjects.

hello...just finished nbme form 2...boy IT WAS HARD...& I scored only 390...I don't knwo what to do...my exam's only in 3 weeks...!!!!!

well yesterday,..I realised that for some people (including me)...step 2 prep means more hard work than an average person....so here I am today with more determination than ever...b/c I won't give up!!!!.....so now my plan is to do another read of my notes & crush & kaplan & then go for another form of nbme & see if i've improved (I hope plz I do..Amen)....& God forbid if not, then I'll delay my exam.
So today's target is to get done with crush & then go for IM from tomorrow!!
Dear God....I understand that u test those people the most whom you love the most...I hope I'm one of them & you are just testing me this way b/c you know how much passing all my steps & practising as doc matters to me....so please give me the strenght & courage to stay focused on my goal & get a steller score...AMEN

hey docnikki...what i did in my 1st read was i checked out all the 3 sources of books & just marked the topics that weren't in kaplan so now whenever i go thru FA...I just do the topics that aint in kaplan which mostly r the 1st 2-3 pages as those are the initial pathophysio kinda questions & it's been a while for me that i did step 1 so it just helps to refresh my step 1 knowledge.

thanks dr.Luck. I am a fan of your determination and energy. I wish you lots of luck to complete another review and score better on next NBME. you are staying focussed is already the biggest achievement. Im unable to. I get distracted very easily. I really respect you for dealing with ur probs and facing situations. Keep it up.

am half way done thru crush...seems like I'll have to give tomorrow either half or full day to only crush again but it's good as long as i can retain from it...& in that case...God u'll have to help me as I'm doing best on my part but I also need Your help to get thru this test..thank you

phew...am doing my own notes of cvs....boyyy....they are hard..I don't know from where have i been collecting that info in my notes & now it's hard to retain it...but I HAVE DONE IT BEFORE & I CAN DO IT NOW TOO!!!!!
just wanted to talk it out so that my heart will feel lighter & I can go back to DA STUDIES...
