you are call to see the attached CT of the head.

The patient is a 51 YO Hispanic male who recently immigrated to the United States. He presented to the ED with alcohol intoxication, and his friend reported he was shaking and unresponsive for 10 minutes after consuming several alcoholic beverages. He is now communicative but lethargic.


what do you think is the possible diagnosis?
