there is degredation of nucleolus, I am not sure if it disaappears. There is swelling of perikaryon, also dissolution of Nissl substance, dec inbasophilia and peripheral displacement of nucleus

yes C is correct choice...nucleolus will not disappaear,it will swell or remain same size.
