1. Acute Tubular Necrosis
2. ACute interstitial nephritis
3.Acute pyelonephritis
4.Chronic tubulointerstitial Nephritis
5.Papillary necrosis

Ill start with #1:
acute tubular necrosis--renal failure due to tubular damage (accounts for 85% of intrinsic acute renal failure)..usualy due to ischemia or toxin exposure...
