Hey drkinjaldesai.....don't worry. This time you will do it.Just have faith and just try to think in details for almost everything and try to develop your thinking and practice memorizing everything you need.I also got 340 in NBME part-1 first time but then just decided to go very much beyond it and so by the time of my exam I was getting almost 60-65% in Q-banks..so try to think..why the answer is correct and why the other ones are not.Read the kaplan notes and watch the videos 2 times and jump on to the questions...do the questions in timed mode so that you are gaining capability to think faster, bcz you are gonna need it for the exams. Then mark the questions that you don't know and read the WHOLE theory from lecture notes related to it and try to correlate with almost all subjects, for example-Pharmac+path+physio+biochem...Like that you will make memory tracts in your mind and by the time of exams you will have tons of them....and you will just then need to apply them.Donr demoralize yourself-USMLE is doable and like everyone you can do it.My result should be in 2 days..then I will write my experience and all.Feel free to ask anything you wish.Bye and take care.very good luck.smiling face
