well it depends what is the cause of his problem
for general counselling u can say
well mr.... i am here to help u. l ll do my level best to make u feel beter.
lets say asthma
mr.. as a concerned physician , i am gonna advice u to avoid cold air (should not go out when thee is cold wind),avoid dust and the pollens if u allergic to them
also avoid animal contact if u have any allergy ---take medicine with you in case of travelling.etc
