Hi guys
I had a question, does the date of certification of ROL affect the chances of match. Do we have to do it early or can we wait till feb 21?

I dont think it matters at all when you certify your ROL, as long as you do it by Feb 21st.
But why on earth do you want to wait for feb 21st? Anything particularly auspicious about it?
and as the NRMP warns....their servers may go down in the final hours...so better do it now!

keep your current rol certified and check it a couple of days before the deadline...dont wait for the 21st...

The certifying date on your ROL won't make a bit of difference - programs will never see your date. You can do your list now, certify it, then if you want to change your mind, you can. Just remember to certify it again. I hope to have my list in, complete by Friday. Then I can take a couple of days off next week for classes.

My secret life classes! Two days of hanging out with artists that all love the same thing that I do. It will be exciting since I was just published in a national magazine. No, can't tell you more, because it gives my real name and location.

what is the story with your dogs? sorry if I missed it somewhere else in the forum.
As to what I am doing, I am being a full-time mom which I could not be to my kids for the last year and a half. And some reading, cooking, eating and sleeping !

No special story about the dogs, except that they are the best 10 pound dogs on the planet and offer hours of enjoyment. I did put a teaser in my recruitment handout with a picture of one of the dogs. Some have noticed it and introduced themselves to me.
