G pneumococcal vaccine maybe because its the only one which is T cell independent.

yeah, dr_jojo..I rememeber this q & I also went for pneumococcal vaccine but the answer in kaplan was tetanus vaccine so I marked it worng....so is this correct that pnemococcal vaccine is the one that should be given to this patient?

hi Dr Luck the answer in kaplan bank updated jan 2006 is to give pneumococcal only but they didnot explain why not tetanus and inf vaccine but sarika told me coz he is immun. compromized so only pneumoc will work what do u think
