Yes...basically it is done after you control seizures ...because even touching the patient can provoke seizures......u can imagine what sticking that tube can do to him....

What is the investigation of choice that cld let u diagnose it.....I am not sure if we should even be learning anything about it...it is a rodenticide .......it is very uncommonly used now....i don't even know where you cld go find any these days other than my Med school Forensic lab 8) and i cld find a lot of wierd stuff there....lol
