Wait 15 min then re-measure his BP, otherwise no intervention needed.

Choice E

why not A?

Systemic hypertension is defined as blood pressure above the 95th percentile for age on repeated measurements over a 6-week period.
So I chose A grin

I also think this is A also according to the percentile chart his bp is above 99th percentile but this is just one isolated reading and also he is healthy as most common hypertension i n this age group is secondary hypertension and he is not showing any signs of any underlying disease.
My only concern is can we wait for two weeks?
