Another case of each program is going to be different, but in most cases you will have to go through me (the PC) to get to the PD.
Although it's called scramble, it doesn't mean that we have to fill spots in the first 24 hours - some will want a personal interview and it may take a couple of weeks to fill spots.....

Just two dogs - Casie and Molly. Casie is much more mature than Molly - Molly is the dog that does the things that we laugh at most.....
