I study biostatistics from kaplan note now. it is really hard to get the concepts, I wonder how well I should know....I mean it just like arabic for me....nonsense...I cant read arabic

Statistics is easier than other contents of behavioral science. Read note carefully, when you understand concept, you will find it easy.
