Serology, very high sensitive

Biopsy or urea breath test

>80%, >90%

Adenocarcinoma

No and no, they cause gastritis

3) Fecal Antigen testing for H.pylori is another option
5) H.pylori infection is also associated with Primary gastric MALT lymphoma (especially low-grade ones)
