the photograph is very small as far as I can see this is probably herpes infection. which may also cause aseptic meningitis.proper sex education should be given to prevent it. grade 1 is too early and grade 10 is too late....

i'll go with E....

D. ? is it tuberous sclerosis ? confused H/O seizure, adenomas in face , mental retardation ???
