Dear sarira,
You don`t need to memorize cancer staging or something like that. In fact, you don`t need to memorize anything!! USMLE is a nice exam! that measures your knowledge and your ability to apply it

Hi,
if you are looking for a H1b visa for residency, then you have to pass it! If you are going for programs offering J1, Step 3 is not necessary!

My exam is a month later and i don't know why i feel so confused .i am doing good on UW but i can't trust to my score.this situation made me bloked.How much UW score correlate with the real exam?

Hi. I live in Iran, Tehran. I was applying for the step 2Ck by IWA, but when I filled up Item 7 about my adress, it appeared this massage :
It has come to our attention that ECFMG may be subject to specific Unites States federal regulations that prohibit entities from doing business with or providing a service to any individuals who have an address of residence in specific restricted countries. The country of IRAN is included on this list of restricted countries. In light of this, ECFMG is not able to allow you to request this service.
has anybody applyed from Iran recently?

you should provide an adderess in USA or in another countrie listed . They will send CDs and letters to that Add.They don't contact with you in Iran.but it doesn't mean that you are not allowed to take the exam.don't worry about it.

It is not a new problem,
you should give an address outside of Iran which is confident,
However it will be used practically once a time when you give him/her your documents to post them for you to ECFMG

I got my Step 2 CK result previous week,the same score as step 1(OK).I am going to register for Cs .Does any body know about the chance of getting visa for iranian?
