hi,
I am an IMG from India. i m a permanent resident in canada. i immigrated 1 yr back and still holds an indian passport.
i want to know from where should i take statement of need letter from india health ministry of canada.
Is it difficult to get a letter from Health canada. will indian health ministry will give me a letter as i m canadian PR.
Kindly reply anyone.
please help.

if you have taken MCCEE , Canada will give you the letter..it's not difficult

i have one more question. Also if i take statement of need letter from Health canada will i get No objectione certificate for J-1 waiver. I know i m thinking too ahead but i want to plan accordingly.
As its easy to get statement of need and NOC letter from India.
Also Health canada issues only few statement of need for each province depending on requiements and they never issue no objection certificate. kindly tell me.
