second : Micoplasma ( atypical or WALKING peumonia )

don't know but I guess S. pneumoniae, C. pneumoniae and M. pneumoniae should be on top of the list, along with viruses.

Streptoccocal pneumonia is the number one, but I am not sure which is No 2.

I DONOT THINK SO , .......................THIS IS THE CORRECT ANSWER COZ THE MOST COMMON CAUSE OF CAP IS STREP PNEUMO , but M.pneu and C.pneumo are common in this age group but not the most common causes READ KAPLAN NOTES internal medicine

I didn't know chlamydia caused so much pneumonia. The first is definately streptococcus pneumoniae. The second is probably legionella.
