1- I will goo with b (IL-2) 2- I don't know but I thought it' s was IL-6 3- b (mast cell) 4- b ( IL-3) Please correct if if wrong

US doc ... I cud only answer #3 off the top of my head ... I know the ILs' basic functions but ... what can I say. This is the only thing I could find in Ganong ... Estrogens inhibit secretion of cytokines such as IL-1, IL-6, and TNF, and these cytokines foster the development of osteoclasts. Estrogen also stimulates production of TGF-B, and this cytokine increases apoptosis of osteoclasts. for #4. IL3 stimulaes BM stem cells, IL 7 stimulates pre-B and pre-T , I really donno anyways, this is a chart from ganong which might come handy, update ur IL charts from here if u find it helpful
