A 22 year old women presents with mouth sores , sore throat, VAGINAL DISCHARGE,fever myalgia , no past med his, she is taking OCP , monogo relation , her partner occ use condom PE reveals temp 38.3 , cervical and ing LN , exudative pharyngitis and multiple ulcers on oral ,labia the vag DISCHARGE is prfuse, gram stain show many NEUTROPHILS WHICH OF THE FOLLOWING IS MOST LIKELY DIAGNOSIS 1 CHANCROID 2 COND ACCU 3 HSV 4 LYM,GRAN 5SYPHALIS

in Acute stage, neutrophil may be dominant or due to association with bacterial infection. The question gives neutrophil to cheat you.
