I would just stay with the results to be definitely done with it, but that's just me. You are the one who got to decide.

Kald, my result is not uploaded.but they have to inform me about my options .may be in next week , it will be upload. this is what I got, in response to my complain. A thorough review of your January 23, 2007, Step 3 examination record confirms that you were unable to complete four Computer-based Case Simulations (CCSs). Your performance on the examination is at or above the passing level. In light of this situation, we are offering you the two options outlined on the enclosed Reply Form. Please review the enclosed information carefully and indicate your choice on the form. Your choice is final and irrevocable. Complete the enclosed Step 3 Reply Form and return it to the NBME, no later than February 28, 2007. If you choose to retake CCS, we will provide you with further information and instructions. If your completed Step 3 Reply Form is not returned by February 28, 2007, you will be assigned option 2. We sincerely regret the difficulties that you experienced during your January 23, 2007, Step 3 examination and any inconvenience that these circumstances may have caused you. If you have any questions regarding this issue, please contact me. Check either Option 1 or Option 2 below; Sign and return this Reply Form. If we do not receive your Reply Form by than February 28, 2007, you will be automatically assigned Option 2. Option 1 Retake the CCS portion of USMLE Step 3. Please note that, on the CCS material, it is difficult to predict if continued management of the patient will result in a slightly higher or slightly lower score. It is equally difficult to predict if a slight change in CCS would have much of an impact on your overall Step 3 score since the CCS represents only a small portion, less than 25%, of the final grade. If you meet the Step 3 eligibility requirements, you may retake the CCS portion only of the Step 3 examination at no charge. Your performance on the CCS retake, together with your performance on the multiple-choice question portions taken on January 22-23, 2007 will be used to arrive at a score. Your performance, regardless of whether you pass or fail, will be reported as your official Step 3 score. Please allow at least six weeks after your test date to receive your score report. Option 2. Score your January 22-23, 2007 attempt on USMLE Step 3 ‘as is’ and report score. Once reported, the score will remain a permanent part of your USMLE score record and will be reported on your USMLE Transcripts. Your decision is final and irrevocable. You will have no subsequent opportunity to remove your score from your USMLE record.Check either Option 1 or Option 2 below; Sign and return this Reply Form. If we do not receive your Reply Form by than February 28, 2007, you will be automatically assigned Option 2.

Stick to the result if you are sure you will be get matched this year. Otherwise the score would be important for the next year.
