Heyy docs 
I wonder how detailed do I have to be able to interprete ECG for
step 1??
Also ıf u have time in this super-busy USMLE days... Shall I be asked a lot of pix and MRs and Xrays and visual stuff like that ?!??!

I got only one ECG in my exam and my friend who took exam in Nov got one ECG.
I got lot of gross specimens, CTs, X rays and schematics (mainly cross sections of spinal cord and brain) but as a whole they were not very tough.
Got a couple of haematology slides which could be answered by reading the stem.
