It´s recommended to have results before mid sept 07...
Latest time..., maybe having results on feb-08, before the match, not sure...
Anyone else...

if u re an img try giving ur cs within june,july or latest by august so that by sept,oct end u have the results and ecfmg certificate.It really helps to have completed all this when u go for an interview,it maximises ur chances.all the best,plan well for the match
