if time management is your problem, buy Kaplan qbank and practice, Kap qbank is very good for practicing time management.
your NBME scores are low, you may pass but may receive unsatisfactory result.
Postpone your exam if you need good score.

in my openion kaplan q bank is better than nms as people prefer to do kaplan q bank first n then depending on time do nms. ur nmbe scores suggest that u need to put in more time in ur weak areas. whenz ur exam. if its v near try to postpond it if it suits u. wish u v best of luck
