a. bronchial obstruction
(bcs of decreased tactile fremiius and decr resonance)
atelectasis with bronchial obstruction:
the volume of ateletatic lung is decr.,
the dense mass is pulled toward the chest wall by neg. intrapleural pressure, so trachea shifts to the affected side..
The collapsed lung is dull bcs its density is incr.
The bronchial plug prevent air vibration - tactile fremius decr
if it would be not deviation of trachea, what would it be?

yea, it looks like your guys are on fire!!!I was really bored. Anyway, I have been wanting to go underground for the last couple of days of prep. I downloaded a program to lock up my computer's internet and only let me use it for 30 mins. I also locked up my tv and cant watch anything. I want to wish everyone goodluck on the test.
