Hi guys!

Please give me the first line tx for acute cystitis, pyelonephritis.
I am getting confused since the new IM books recommend Nitrofurantoin and Cefalexin for cystitis po and iv Amoxicillin for pyeloneph.

Are these the correct answers on the exam?
