Someone actually asked me to help them answer these questions, i was not really sure of the answers so i thought i will post them on the forum and all of us can list our responses and help member zha010
1) Regarding group therapy rules. All are true, except:
A. Share cost
B. Apologize for being late
C. Share cultural background
D. Everyone needs individual therapy
E. Get agreement if overtime
2) A 23 year-old homeless man was caught by police due to strange behaviour in from a shop. During interviewing, you noticed that he dressed colourfully, but dirty and unwashed clothes. He sang loudly and changed from one song to another. He asked “Can I busk in here “ when he was interrupted. What is the most likely?
A. Substance abuse
B. Schizoid personal disorder
C. Mania (bipolar)
D. Catatonia

for q.1. B (apologige if late, is the answer. explanation:alcoholic anonymous is a grass root level programme, and these functions are going on all days of week at all times. any one who wishes to join can join. so, i think B is the correct answer)
for q 2. substance abuse is the answer. as vignette does not describe features of schizoid( withdrawn, lonely and asking people to go away), or manic( excessive spending,sleeplessness, rapid pressurised speech,racing of thoughts) or bipolar, which should present with either mania or depression. apart from unwashed clothes there is nothing to suggest depression, and the only option left is substance abuse.
